Basic Cheesecake without Crust

Instructions

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt until smooth. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a greased 8- or 9-inch baking dish, then bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our clean.
  3. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate.
