Basic Cheesecake without Crust

Ingredients
- 2 ea 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 3 ea large eggs
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 t vanilla
Instructions
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt until smooth. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a greased 8- or 9-inch baking dish, then bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our clean.
- Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate.
